TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the mobile application ("App") provided by FuturEmbrace ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The App is a standalone mobile application that operates locally on your device without requiring internet connectivity. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers.

3. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Harm minors in any way
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to engage in any form of illegal activity

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The App, including but not limited to its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control.

6. RESTRICTIONS

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
